Our story began in 2012, when two partners in a major HR consultancy firm specializing in transformation operations created In Altum Consulting, an operational consultancy specializing in the Pharmaceutical Industry, with the mission to assist senior management with their transformation projects.

Buoyed by the trust given to us by our clients and our joint successes, the adventure continued and took a new direction as of 2017, when our ever-increasing number of clients asked us for specific recruitment (CEO, Supervising Pharmacist, Site/R&D Center Director, Director of Regulatory Affairs, Quality Director, Trade Expert, Commercial Director, etc.).

We are therefore mobilizing our network, built over the years, in order to meet the demand. This resulted in the creation of our department dedicated to recruitment, thus strengthening the links and trust uniting us with our clients.

In 2020, faced with an extremely high demand for recruitment and temporary management, the leaders in the transition trade called on us to find the pharmaceutical industry sector experts who were immediately available … and we successfully met the demand.

After expanding our teams, we are now creating a dedicated subsidiary: Pharma Talents, combining Recruitment and Interim Management with the sole vocation of continuing to assist you with enthusiasm and engagement, and to find the best professionals and experts matching your DNA and your business culture as quickly as possible.
