A pharmacist (registered/SP), Michel’s entire career has been in the pharmaceutical industry, within Big Pharmas (AstraZeneca – Production Manager, Supervisory Pharmacist, site manager, creation and closure of industrial sites), independent laboratories (Mayoli Spindler – Operations Manager, Crepharm Group – CEO) before striking out on his own in 2019 as a Transition Manager.
In 2022, and after several successful collaborations, he joined Pharma Talents as a Partner and acts as an advisor and consultant.
After more than 25 years of successful experience in biotechnology (recombinant proteins, cell therapy…) in various international pharmaceutical companies, Marielle decided, in 2023, to bring her strong CMC expertise to develop “new dedicated innovative therapies”.

With an initial education in ethnology, supplemented by a Master’s Degree in Work Analysis and a Master’s Degree in Social Law, Christel has over 25 years’ experience in the overall HR field.
Since 2014, she has chosen to assist businesses in their transformation processes as an operational consultant and transition manager.
She has a multisector field of operations and in particular understands the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sub-contracting sectors.

After 20 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry at the head of several Purchasing and Supply Divisions across all galenic forms, Abdel chose to make his experience available to companies in the sector (Independent laboratories, Biotechs and CDMOs) in France and internationally, as a transition manager.

An engineer, Pascal was the CEO of major industrial groups in various sectors before becoming an advisor in different consultancies.
In 2012, he joined In Altum Consulting as a partner, and joined Pharma Talents in 2020. Pascal currently works as an advisor and transition manager in France, Europe, and the Middle East.
With an education in political science and a legal expert, for over 25 years Philippe was the CEO of the leading chemicals distribution company with a major presence on the Life Science market (food, feed, pharma, and cosmetics).

After over 20 years’ successful experience in various consultancies as a Deputy Director in charge of Health Industries, Ludovic created In Altum Consulting in 2012, dedicating the firm’s activities to the pharmaceutical sector.
In 2017, he created a department within In Altum Consulting dedicated to recruitment and then to Interim Management, specialized in the pharmaceutical and health industries.
June 2023 saw the birth of Pharma Talents, in which he is pleased to bring with him old clients, some of whom date back over 15 years, and who are now partners, all enthusiastic and fully convinced of the need to create a firm to effectively meet market need.
